Refund and Return Policy

Stc Mall offers a 7 day return window if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure you get resolution. 

Send the Compliant, including pictures of the product that was delivered to stcmallng@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to 08168972864 as a means of evidence.

Items not eligible for RETURN

• Products that have been altered from their original Status.
• Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the dispatcher.
• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Jewelry, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.
• Products in beauty, health and personal care category.
